Sacked IfeanyiUbah Coach To Reject Offers

Following his sacking by the Management of IfeanyiUbah FC, Bulgarian-born coach Mitko Dobrev will go on a break from football coaching, informed the media  on Tuesday.
The Nnewi side and only lost their first home league game last Sunday – a 1-0 defeat to Wikki Tourists in a Week 14 game.

IfeanyiUbah FC have already appointed former Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles coach, John Obuh, to replace Dobrev as first team coach.

A source close to the coach who pleaded anonymity spoke to completesportsnigeria.com on Dobrev's sacking and his plans going forward.

"Coach Dobrev is presently depressed about his sacking," the source, a close confidant of the Bulgarian, said. "He needs time to rest and reflect on this matter.

"He is not thinking of coaching any club now even if offers come his way. He is thinking of going on a sabbatical and could go back to Bulgaria soon. Its not only when the season ends that coaches could go on break.
